Control system and method for compression equipment in rubbish transfer station

The invention relates to a control system and method for compression equipment in a rubbish transfer station. A hydraulic oil pump supplies oil to a scraper magnetic exchange valve, a lifting magnetic exchange valve and a hoisting magnetic exchange valve through a pressure control magnetic exchange valve. When the pressure control magnetic exchange valve works at a right station, the scraper magnetic exchange valve controls a scraper oil cylinder to move; when the pressure control magnetic exchange valve works at a left station, the lifting magnetic exchange valve and the hoisting magnetic exchange valve control a lifting oil cylinder and a hoisting oil cylinder to move respectively; when a scraper is under a light load, a PLC controls a frequency converter to output 70 Hz frequency to a motor of the hydraulic oil pump, and the scraper carries out accelerated movement; when the scraper is under a medium load, the PLC controls the frequency converter to output 50 Hz frequency, and the scraper carries out constant-speed compression; the PLC controls the working state of the frequency converter according to the current of the motor of the hydraulic oil pump. According to the control system and method, control over feeding, compression and hoisting is easy, accurate, convenient and fast.
