Stepping motor control device and control method

The invention provides a stepping motor control device and a control method for the stepping motor. The control device comprises a magnetic induction hall element and a magnet-type pointer, wherein the magnetic induction hall element is arranged on the base of the stepping motor; the magnet-type pointer is arranged on the rotary shaft of the stepping motor; and at a starting point, the magnet-type pointer is located right above the magnetic induction hall element. By using the device and the method provided by the invention, the stepping motor can realize a self-operation process, an operator is not needed for manual operation, and an adaptive reset function is realized for the stepping motor.
