Research of active distribution system economic planning considering power quality

2016
Active distribution systems are faced with various power quality problems, which are caused by stochastic output of distributed generations and uncertain load. Current research one-sided focus on how to suppress power quality problems, without unified considering power consumer economic loss and power grid construction investment. In this paper, the planning objective is to minimize both power consumer economic loss caused by power quality problems and power grid construction investment of improving power quality. Based on the chance constrained programming method, a multi-objective network structure planning model for active distribution system is proposed. The model can be solved by non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) combined with Latin hypercube sampling-based Monte-Carlo simulation, the solving steps was given in this paper. In the end, this paper illustrated the network-structure Pareto optimization curve of Active distribution systems.
