Забезпечення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних підприємств в умовах пандемії COVID-19

The article considers the impact of quarantine restrictions introduced through the COVID-19 pandemic on the activities of domestic enterprises in various sectors of the economy. The consequences and anti-crisis actions of the heads of enterprises used to minimize the negative impact of the pandemic are determined. The risks and new opportunities for the development of enterprises and increasing the efficiency of their activities caused by the pandemic are highlighted. The directions of transformation of activity and management of enterprises in order to ensure their competitiveness in post-pandemic realities are substantiated. The following methods were used in the study: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, logical generalization, comparison, tabular method.
