Comparative Research on County Eco-ecological Niche of Restricted Zone in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

With the development of the national and provincial level major function oriented zoning,sustainable development problems of restricted zone become the focus of academic concern and research.Based on the ecological niche theory,using eco-ecological niche model,24 indexes had been selected to establish evaluation system from the three aspects of society,economy and environment,and made quantitative analysis and evaluation of county eco-ecological niche in restricted zones of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in the years of 2005 and 2010.The results showed that ecological economic levels of 12 counties changed from 0.062 1~0.103 4in 2005 to 0.063 0~0.117 5in2010,including 5counties such as Yanchi County appearing the increasing states,the other 7counties such as Haiyuan County appearing the decreasing states.County eco-ecological niches are in the chaotic and disordered state in these years,overall low and close.These show that county ecological economic systems of restricted zones in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region are all very unhealthy,and the range of the utilization of the resources around is very narrow,radiation influence is limited,the restricted zones widely exist the bottleneck of development,and limiting factors have been analyzed in order to put forward suggestion for the healthy and harmonious development of each county′s ecological economic system.
