Project of grant submitted to National Center of Science in Krakow, designed by prof. hab. dr. Jozef Podgorecki, Social Communication Department, University of Opole, Poland and Giedrė Kvieskienė from Social Education Department in Social Education Department, Lithuanian University of Educational Science. International studies will allow finding causal factors – factors of emotional intelligence, networking, social partnership competencies, of empathy and communication skills of the modern education in Europe.
