Transforms on inner structure of dryer in compound fertilizer production

Based on analysis on the poor appearance quality of compound fertilizer product in some midsmall scale plants,it is considered that the optimum granulating temperature(60 ～ 65 ℃)and the proper liquid content(3%～6%) are not controlled well. So technology transforms on inner structure of dryer (such as reasonable space distribution,different scraper styles adopted in different parts)are put forward and good effects are obtained in practice.
