Studies on Single-Spore Isolation and Hybridize of Coprinus comatus

【Objective】The purpose of this project is to breed a high quality and yield fungoid.Hybridization has been taken to all of the species.【Method】Single-Spore Isolation is one of the best way for hybridization,and many researchers have made studies in this field.With the aid of the simplest apparatus,a practical and simplest method of single-spore isolation and hybridization of Coprinus comatus was designed.【Result】After appraisal,35 Single-Spore mycelia were chosen for hybridization.After examination under coloration microscope,test of antagonistic lines,outgrowth generation in bottle,at last 48 new strains of filial generation were got.【Conclusion】Using single-spore isolation to hybridize Coprinus comatus is effective.
