Granular biomass fuel production process and complete equipment

The invention discloses a granular biomass fuel production process and complete equipment. The production process comprises the following steps of: 1) crushing: crushing biomass materials to be below 200mm; 2) mixing and curing: carrying out spiral stirring, pressurized extruding, rubbing, kneading and crushing and mechanical crushing on the crushed biomass so as to improve the granularity and flexibility of the biomass, wherein the biomass is naturally warmed during the process, active organic matters, such as combined water and tar therein are extruded out from the crushed biomass to become a natural binding agent; 3) air cooling, dehydrating and stirring: stirring and dehydrating the mixed and cured biomass materials so that the moisture content of the biomass materials is controlled at 15-25 percent; 4) extrusion forming to obtain granular biomass fuel with the granularity of below 20mm; and 5) drying: controlling the moisture content of the granular biomass fuel to be below 15 percent. The process has the advantages of good production continuity, wide range of application, lower energy consumption, easiness for forming and high production efficiency, and the prepared granular biomass fuel is convenient to transport and store.
