The Economic Lot Size between Distribution Center and Vendor with the Consideration of Transportation Cost

In this paper a system about a vendor and a distribution center optimizes. Classical inventory management is provided, which the transportation cost isn't considered. We integrate transportation cost into inventory management and develop optimal solution procedures.
