The centre-of-gravity position of the kite is provided with a miniature motor; the head part and the tail part of the kite are provided with carbon fiber propellers; the power is supplied to the motor, LED illuminating lamps and a miniature camera by the carbon fiber kite lines; and a speed-regulating switch is used for controlling the rotating speed of the motor so as to control the flying state of the kite. The centre-of-gravity position of the kite is provided with a miniature camera device so as to observe and shoot the sceneries at low altitude or on the ground from high altitude. The centre-of-gravity positions of wings are symmetrically provided with two LED illuminating lamps used for projecting light for illumination from high altitude to low altitude and the ground. The carbon fiber multifunctional kite can be used as an aerial photographic tool for specified areas, also can be used as a monitoring tool for the specified areas, and further can be used as a fire monitoring device in the forest and a temporary illuminating device when in rescue and relief work.
