Improving the educational system is increasingly linked with the need to manage the quality of educational services, while the demand for the quality of the students' knowledge became the main criterion in employment and a significant problem in pedagogical science. According to new educational standards and new key competencies in the provision of educational services, it is necessary to focus on the professional competencies of the future graduate. Having analyzed the obtained results, it is obvious that the main task is to ensure the quality of the student’s professional training. The article discusses and considers ways of organizing control and analysis of students’ achievements in the Higher Educational Institutions by tools of social services and social networks; it is highlighted the advantages and disadvantages of using existing tools of social services and social networks when conducting various types of control, as well as given examples of usage social services tools Instagram, Google Forms, Kahoot and English-speaking services Quizalize and Nearpod. Concluded, that contemporary lecturers of HEI must improve their qualification all the time, search for new forms and ways of organizing students’ learning activities and adhere to the requirements for measuring the quality of knowledge by students, with flexible and variational forms, ways, methods and control means. Singled out key advantages of using social networks tools and services for conducting control and analyzing student success. Substantiated that only in case of usage of modern digital technologies, especially social networks and social services, the control provides individualization of the learning process. It is concluded that the use of innovative tools, such as social services and social networks, will expand the ability to create relevant and interactive ICT-based applications that is appropriate in the context of integrating a new learning strategy and developing new competencies.
