Remarques sur la variation diachronique des collocations

This paper discusses the collocations of Old French and Contemporary French. Three types of collocations are studied: intensive collocations, support verbs and verbs of realization. Examples from Old French literary texts (as well as their translations in Contemporary French) are presented and commented on. Lexical functions (Explicative and Combinatory Lexicology) are adopted as a modeling tool.
