The invention discloses an array substrate, a manufacturing method for the array substrate and a liquid crystal display panel. The array substrate comprises a substrate body and multiple pixel units formed on the substrate body; each pixel unit comprises a reflection region, a transmission region and a thin film transistor region, wherein the reflection region comprises an organic membrane layer formed on the substrate body and a reflective metal layer located on the organic membrane layer, a thin film transistor is arranged in the thin film transistor region and comprises an organic etching stopping layer, and the organic membrane layer and the organic etching stopping layer are made of the same material and formed in the same manufacturing process step. As the organic membrane layer in the reflection region and the organic etching stopping layer in the thin film transistor region are made of the same material and formed in the same manufacturing process step, the organic membrane manufacturing process can be omitted effectively, the manufacturing technology of the semi-reflecting and semi-transmitting liquid crystal display panel is simplified, and manufacturing cost is reduced.
