The present invention implements a tactile sensation presentation device with which a more complex sense of force is imparted without causing an operator to feel discomfort. Piezoelectric actuators (20A1, 20A2, 20B1, 20B2) are installed at both ends of a back-side casing (101) in the longitudinal direction. The piezoelectric actuators (20A1, 20A2, 20B1, 20B2) comprise a structure wherein piezoelectric ceramics (201) are disposed on either face of flat plate-shaped elastic plates (210), and are positioned such that the flat plate faces, the back face plate of the back-side casing (101), and the main face of a touch panel (100) are orthogonal. The piezoelectric actuators (20A1, 20A2, 20B1, 20B2) are anchored to the back-side casing (101) at one end each thereof in the longitudinal direction, via support plates (102A, 102B). The other ends of the piezoelectric actuators (20A1, 20A2, 20B1, 20B2) in the longitudinal direction are adhered to the four corners of the touch panel (100) via anchoring members (30A1, 30A2, 30B1, 30B2).
