Primary central nervous system vasculitis and eight cranial nerve dysfunction: an uncommon manifestation of AIDS

The authors report the case of an AIDS patient with rare neurologic manifestations: primary vasculitis of the central nervous system and VIII cranial nerve dysfunction. The authors make a review on the subject, and call special attention for the differential diagnosis.
