Патоморфологический анализ желудочного трансплантата при эзофагопластике

2011
The structural changes in pathological states of artificial esophagus formed of a stomach tube were investigated. A significant propagation of atrophic-sclerotic alterations in mucous membranes of the ezofagogastroanastomosis and graft was found. The leading morphological phenomena are dystrophy and hypersecretion of the surface epithelium, atrophy of fundic glands, hypertrophy of smooth muscle cells and sclerotic restructuring of the stroma. The heterogeneity of the ultrastructural modifications of epithelial cell populations reflecting the high secretory function of mucocytes and degenerative changes in specified glandulocytes of fundic glands has been shown. Important structural features include the absence of intestinal metaplasia and focal epithelial dysplasia signs in the gastric graft mucosa long after plastic surgery due to benign diseases of the esophagus.
