Effect of QuDu Capsule on IL-10 and TNF-α in the Serum of Lupoid Model Mice

Objective:This paper is to investigate the effect of QuDu Capsule on IL - 10and TNF -αsecretion and the possible mechanism of QuDu Capsule in treating systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods:Ip.LPS 2.5mg/kg induce lupoid model mice.Administration QuDu Capsule by gavage to mice. 15 days after,IL -10 and TNF -α in the serum were detected by ELISA,pathologic change in the SLE mice were observed by HE. Results:In the treated groups,as compared with the model group,levels of IL-10 and TNF-αwere significantly lower (P0. 05). Pathologic results showed that liver and kidney appearanced inflammation in model mice,inflammation relieved in the treated groups. Conclusion: This study showed firm evidence that QuDu Capsule can really treat SLE.
