Method for formulating culture medium additive agent for cultivation of selenium-rich ganoderma lucidum

The invention discloses a preparation method for culture medium additive used for cultivating selenium rich lucid ganoderma. The method has the technical proposal that the content of organic selenium is sampled and detected after sieving, drying, milling and mixing the selenium mushroom bran; the culture medium additive comprises selenium mushroom bran and eight raw materials of compounds according to the formula of the culture medium additive; the materials are milled into fine powder which is mixed evenly so as to obtain the culture medium additive. When in use, the additive is mixed with cultivation base materials and then is added with water for fully mixing; and the cultivation materials used for cultivating the selenium rich lucid ganoderma are obtained through fermentation, packageand sterilization. The culture medium additive provided by the invention not only shortens the time for producing bacterial strains of the selenium rich lucid ganoderma, but also increases the quality and yield of the selenium rich lucid ganoderma. The total selenium content of the selenium rich lucid ganoderma which is dried can reach more than 30 mg/kg, and the organic rate of the selenium reaches as high as 98 percent. Besides, the invention has the advantages of reusing resource, decreasing the pollution, saving the production cost, and having obvious environmental, synusiologic, social and economic benefits.
