In 203 newboms with the dysrhythmic type of the dysadaptive syndrome of the cardio-vascular system risk factors were analysed; the structure of rhythm disturbances and heart conduction were determined; the close correlation of those parameters with the perinatal damage of the nervous system was established. 73 children were observed in catamneses.
