The present invention discloses a high temperature stable dielectric ceramic and a preparation method used in the above 350 ℃, the component represented by the formula (1-x) Bi1 / 2Na1 / 2TiO3-x (La, Bi) 2 / 3TiO3 + zRE2O3 to , where for the rare earth oxide RE2O3, (La, Bi) in the La: Bi = 1: 1 (molar ratio), x and z represent the mole fractions, 0 ceramic of the present invention is prepared by using the preparation process of electronic ceramics, using technology to increase the sensitivity of second pre-fired ceramic composition and structure uniformity, reduced sintered ceramics. Preparation process is simple, stable and suitable for industrial application. Ceramic material of the present invention is a high temperature dielectric good temperature stability, a large dielectric constant, a low temperature coefficient of dielectric properties, suitable for high temperature MLCC medium.
