The invention discloses a novel energy-consumption-free negative pressure regulation system. The novel energy-consumption-free negative pressure regulation system comprises a negative pressure irrigation seepage device, a water guiding pipe, a liquid storage device, an air guiding pipe and a negative pressure regulator, wherein one end of the water guiding pipe is connected into the negative pressure irrigation seepage device, and the other end of the water guiding pipe is connected into the liquid storage device through a liquid guiding hole in the side wall of the liquid storage device; the negative pressure irrigation seepage device is obliquely placed; the liquid storage device contains water; one end of the air guiding pipe is connected into the liquid storage device through an air guiding hole, the air guiding hole and the liquid guiding hole are located on the same horizontal position, and the other end of the air guiding pipe is connected into the negative pressure regulator; the negative pressure regulator is composed of a sealed container and an air inlet pipe, the air inlet pipe is a hollow straight through pipe and is inserted into the sealed container from the top portion, the sealed container contains water, the water level difference between the bottom of the air inlet pipe and the water face in the sealed container is a preset negative pressure water level difference threshold value, and the sum of the intensity of pressure in the air guiding pipe and the threshold value intensity of pressure corresponding to the negative pressure water level difference threshold value is equal to the barometric pressure. By applying the novel energy-consumption-free negative pressure regulation system, water pressure of water supplied to crop can keep constant.
