The invention relates to a high-precision visual plane calibrating template adopting an LED (Light Emitting Diode), belongs to the technical field of visual measurement, and solves the problem that existing plane templates adopting LED light spots are low in precision of calibrating the parameters of a camera. The high-precision visual plane calibrating template provided by the invention comprises a calibrating part and a control pate, wherein the calibrating part comprises a calibrating panel, m*n calibrating threaded holes, LED adjusting covers, fixed pressure rings and an LED assembly; the m*n calibrating threaded holes are formed in the calibrating panel, one LED adjusting cover is screwed in each calibrating threaded hole, each LED adjusting cover is in a bucket structure opened upwards and has inner and outer threads, and two through holes are formed in the bottom end face of each LED adjusting cover; one fixed pressure ring is screwed inside each LED adjusting cover, LED lamps of the LED assembly are arranged in the inner holes of the fixed pressure rings, and two pin pasters of the LED assembly are pressed on the bottom end face of each LED adjusting cover by each fixed pressure ring; the control part is used for controlling the LED assembly to work.
