Method for preparing injection-grade high-purity phosphatidyl choline

The present invention discloses a method for preparing injection-grade high-purity phosphatidyl choline, comprising: (1) a phospholipid material is dissolved in a nonpolar solvent, a formulated raw material liquid extraction, solid impurities removed by filtration and centrifugation, a fractional extraction to obtain a liquid extract; (2) the primary extract is concentrated in vacuo to give a product phosphatidyl choline; (3) the phosphatidylcholine extracted once dubbed raw product was extracted twice, secondary fractionation extraction, to obtain the second extract; (4) the secondary extract was concentrated in vacuo to give the product extracted twice phosphatidyl choline; (5) the product was extracted twice phosphatidylcholine dissolved in a polar solvent in the continuous bleaching by adsorption column effluent was collected, concentrated in vacuo and lyophilized to give an injection stage phosphatidylcholine products. The present invention employs a fractional extraction, secondary fractional extraction, bleaching process route, freeze drying units, highly pure phosphatidylcholine product.
