The invention relates to a device for establishing a write current (Iwrite) at at least one conductive line writing (WL0) of an integrated circuit memory type MRAM, characterized in that it comprises a regulated current mirror consisting of a first cascode stage reference (Cin) receiving at its input all or part of the write current and a second regulated cascode stage feedback signal (Cout) copying the current written to the write line.
