The present invention belongs to the field of nano-materials and food packaging materials, nano-fiber composite membrane is disclosed a preparation method and application of plant origin containing an antimicrobial agent, comprising the steps of: (1) preparing a mass fraction of 6% to 10% of polyethylene alcoholic solution; (2) the resultant polyvinyl alcohol solution was cooled to 30 ~ 50 ℃, 1% to 3% β- cyclodextrin, magnetic stirring 0.5 ~ 1h, then cooled to room temperature; (3) step (2 ) was added 2% to 8% cinnamon oil, was stirred at 25 ~ 40 ℃ magnetically 1 ~ 2h, to obtain a spinning solution; (4) the resultant electrostatic spinning spinning solution, and finally dried in vacuo to give nanofibrous composite membrane containing a plant-derived antimicrobial agent. For the present invention, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli sterilization rate ≥90%, and the nanofiber composite film having good toughness, biocompatibility and biodegradability, have broad applications in the fields of food packaging materials.
