Novel hydraulic oil way integrated valve of loader

2010
The utility model discloses a novel hydraulic oil way integrated valve of a loader, which comprises logic valves (2), a shuttle valve (9), throttle valves (10) and hydraulic control one-way valves (3). Output ends of the logic valves are respectively connected with a large cavity end A1 (8) of a rotating bucket cylinder and a large cavity end A2 (1) of a lift cylinder; both input ends of the logic valves are connected with an oil pump end by the aid of the throttle valves; the shuttle valve (9) is connected between the output ends of the logic valves; and the input ends of the logic valves are respectively connected with the a small cavity end B1 (5) of the rotating bucket cylinder and a small cavity end B2 (4) of the lift cylinder by the aid of the hydraulic control one-way valves. A bucket of the loader can complete spading and loading by only on oil pump, and the novel hydraulic oil way integrated valve solves the problems that a multi-way valve in an original loader needs two oil pumps in combination or a large displacement pump to complete spading and loading, omits one oil pump, and decreases load flow in spading, thereby reducing power consumption of an engine. Simultaneously, as the bucket can do composite motion to improve bucket fullness and shorten loading time, production efficiency is increased.
