Legitimación de la prostitución voluntaria como trabajo en Colombia

The present investigation tries through an exhaustive analysis of the legislation and the investigations to establish the advantages and disadvantages of a regulation in labor matters on the subject of prostitution in Colombia. Analyze sentence 629 of 2010 of the Constitutional Court, which considers prostitution as an economic activity and recognizes certain labor guarantees for a female worker, should contain a study of the effects of this on women who practice prostitution and in general of the effects of legitimizing this activity and the fact of considering the human body as a working instrument.
