The present invention provides a compound of formula (I) Wherein the substituents are as described in the specification] 2,5-disubstituted-4-pyrimidinyl - substituted - phenyl - amidine derivatives, in particular, 2,5-dialkyl-4-pyrimidinyl - substituted - phenyl - amidine derivatives, to processes for preparing them, their use as fungicidal active agents or insecticide active agents, particularly thereof as fungicidal active agents or insecticide active agents in the form of fungicide compositions or insecticide composition use, and, using these compounds or compositions, phytopathogenic fungi or harmful insects, and more particularly, to a method for controlling plant pathogenic fungi or harmful insects of plants.
