Also, the apparatus has a day kind classification setting means capable of customizing the day kinds afterwards and a time delay risk providing means for providing arrival time delay risk expressed by either a combination of a delay time class value and a delay probability or a delay risk level. Thus, the invention forecasts traffic information appropriately under a desired event.
