The invention discloses coupling device, equipment and method for an APD (Avalanche Photo Diode) detector component. The coupling device mainly comprises a current source, a first switch, a second switch, an A/D sampling module, a voltage storage and computation module and a voltage generation module, wherein the current source is used for generating steady current added to each APD device to enable the APD device to be on the breakdown condition; the first switch is used for switching on/off the current input of the APD devices; the second switch is used for adding or cutting off voltage at two ends of the APD devices and connecting or disconnecting the sampling channel of the A/D (Analog/Digital) sampling module; the A/D sampling module is used for recording the direction voltage bias value of the APD devices in the breakdown state and inputting the direction voltage bias value into the voltage storage and computation module; the voltage storage and computation module is used for storing and computing the voltage transmitted by the A/D sampling module and issues an instruction to the voltage generation module for satisfying a certain proportion of voltage; and the voltage generation module generates any voltage within the working range of the APD devices according to the instruction. By adopting the device and the equipment, the optimal working voltage is provided for the APD devices.
