The invention discloses a bone conduction eyeglass hearing-aid with voice communication, which comprises an eyeglass hearing-aid body, wherein the eyeglass hearing-aid body comprises a glasses frame located at the center; a first leg of glasses and a second leg of glasses which extend from two sides of the glasses frame; and a nose support arranged at the crosspiece at the middle part of the glasses frame. The bone conduction eyeglass hearing-aid further comprises a microphone, a bone conduction driving chip and two bone conduction vibrators which are arranged on the surface of the eyeglass hearing-aid body and are capable of converting a sound electric wave signal subjected to amplifying processing into a bone conduction vibration signal under the drive of the bone conduction driving chip; the two bone conduction vibrators are respectively arranged on the first leg of glasses and the second leg of glasses. According to the bone conduction eyeglass hearing-aid, the sound signal vibrates a skull through a bone conduction manner, and the voice vibration is directly transferred to the inner ear, so that hearing impairment people have a dialogue or communicate with the normal conveniently, and thus the interaction function is achieved; and furthermore, by adopting a filter circuit used for filtering clutter generated in the circuit on the circuit board, the hearing-aid effect is better.
