Arbitrary waveform white light signal generator

The invention discloses an arbitrary waveform white light signal generator which comprises a signal generating part and a signal detecting part. The signal generating part comprises a computer, a USB interface, an STM32 single-chip microcomputer, a DC power amplifier and a high-power white light LED. The signal detecting part includes a photoelectric detector and an oscilloscope. MATLAB software in the computer controls generation of arbitrary waveform signals; MFC software controls the frequency of the signals, the quantity of waveforms, the amplitude of the waveforms and other parameters and controls non-linear correction of volt-ampere characteristic curves of the high-power white light LED; the DC power amplifier performs power amplification on the arbitrary waveform signals generated by a digital-to-analogue conversion module in the STM 32 single-chip microcomputer and outputs the arbitrary waveform signals after the power amplification to the high-power white light LED; whether the illumination intensity of arbitrary white light signals output by the high-power white light LED is consistent with the designed arbitrary waveform signals is detected by observing the photoelectric detector on the oscilloscope. According to the arbitrary waveform white light signal generator, a digital frequency synthesizer based on the DDS technology is adopted to be the signal generator, and the corresponding waveforms can be generated according to needs; besides, the arbitrary waveform white light signal generator has the advantages of good repeatability, high real-time performance and the like.
