The present invention discloses a shale gas reservoir deep transformation method based on acidic slickwater. According to the method provided by the present invention, a shale gas reservoir is treated by using an acidic fracturing fluid system, wherein the fracturing fluid system comprises two parts; the first part is acidic slickwater which is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5-3% of an acid, 0.5-5% of an alcohol, 0.1-2% of a clay stabilizer, 0.05-0.5% of a resistivity reduction agent and finally, the balance of water, totalling 100%; and the second part is a viscoelastic fluid which is formed by the resistivity reduction agent and water, wherein the concentration of the resistivity reduction agent is 1-4%. According to the method provided by the present invention, a multi-stage pump injection procedure is adopted, and a viscous fingering phenomenon caused by a viscosity difference between the viscoelastic fluid and an acidic solution is fully utilized, so that a reaction rate of the acidic solution and rock is effectively reduced, the reaction time of the acidic solution and the rock is retarded, thereby enabling the unreacted acidic solution to stretch deeply into the strata along the fractures and form uneven etching shapes on the wall surface of the fractures, so that current conducting capabilities of the fractures are enhanced, and the goal of reconstructing the shale gas reservoir in depth is achieved.
