Análise Swot como ferramenta estratégica no processo avaliativo do curso de Administração Pública do IFPB

The research investigates the use of Swot analysis as a strategic management tool for the Bachelor of Public Administration, from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Paraiba, in view of the application of the instrument for evaluating undergraduate courses during the external evaluation for the renewal of recognition of the course. The research is a case study, of an applied nature, qualitative approach and descriptive objective, with data collection performed by documentary procedure. The Swot analysis was used as a tool to identify weaknesses and strengths, through the concepts obtained by the performance indicators present in the external on-site evaluation published in May 2017.
