Background Prediction of the recovery of left ventricular (LV) ischemic dysfunction after revascularization is important in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). We investigated whether the improvement in LV ischemic dysfunction after revascularization could be predicted preoperatively by exercise-induced ST-segment changes.
