The Extending Results and Applications of L'Hospital Criteria and Stolz Theorem

In this paper, the L'Hospital Criteria and Stolz Theorem are extended. Some applications are given. Spe- cialy, a result of complex analysis is given and proved. It can simplify the tradition al teaching methods and is easy to be acceped by students.
