Simulation System of Automobile Rear Axle Assembly Line Based on Cyber-Physical System

The production-line level system based on the Cyber-Physical System (CPS) is the key technology to realize the smart factory. A simulation system for the automobile rear axle assembly line is proposed based on the CPS method, which realizes the integration of the physical world and the information world. The system includes the physical entity layer, information processing layer, and simulation application layer. The data of the physical entity layer is transmitted to the information processing layer through the network protocol. The information processing layer analyzes and stores the data, and supports the simulation application layer to drive the model according to the preset logic. This method realizes real-time simulation of the production process and traces back historical scenes, which is beneficial to production quality monitoring and management.
