The invention relates to a method for non-measuring fast calibration of a loop device of a finishing mill group and a special device, particulary applicable to the calibration of the initial reference loop angles among standers of a finishing mill group of a strip rolling mill, belonging to the technical field of steel rolling. The invention has the scheme that the special device (a loop calibrating block) is manufactured, one unworn position in the different standers is taken as a reference point, and the calibration of different numerical values is carried out by the same loop calibrating block when each loop device is finely rolled, so that a calibration process is completed. The invention has the positive effects that the work stability of the loop device can be improved, the loop angles can be exactly and quickly checked and calibrated, the line rolling operating rate can be effectively improved, and the labor power and material investment when the loop is calibrated can be reduced; and the invention is convenient for workers to calibrate and check the loop angles during normal steel rolling, so that the stability of the loop can be improved, and the invention is good in operability since measurement and calibration can be carried out without a level gauge.
