Обмен серотонина и кортизола у больных с синдромом раздраженного кишечника

Disturbance of hydrocortisone and serotonin exchange in patients with irritated bowel syndrome (IBS) taking into account clinical variants of disease, uneasiness and degree of depression of mood is studied. There turned out reduction of serotonin level in blood serum (151,91±12,46 ng / ml), while hydrocortisone level (656,96±25,86 ng / ml) increased. Concentration of serotonin in blood serum in patients depended on the degree of mood depression.
