Синтез и противосудорожная активность 4-амино-3-нитро-1-тиокумаринов и 4-амино-3-нитрохинолин-2-онов

The synthesis and results of investigation of the anticonvulsant activity of original compounds belonging to thiocoumarin and quinolin-2-one derivatives are presented. The analysis of the structure – activity relationship in the series of synthesized compounds and previously obtained coumarin derivatives was carried out. N -(3-nitro-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinolin-4-yl)-4-aminobutyric acid (compound 3а) in a dose of 12,5 mg/kg (i.p.) showed the maximum anticonvulsant activity in experiments on mice.
