İşletmelerin Üniversite-Sanayi İşbirliğinden Beklentileri: Bilecik İli Örneği (The Expectations of the Enterprises from the University-Industry Cooperation: Case of Bilecik Province)

Turkish Abstract: Kurumlar arasi is birligi ekonomik gelismeye etki eden onemli faktorlerden birisidir. Farkli sektorlerde faaliyet gosteren isletmeler aralarinda fikir, bilgi ve urun paylasimi yaparak yenilik uretmekte ve bu yolla ekonomik gelismeye katki saglayabilmektedir. Bu isbirlikleri arasinda ekonomik gelismenin ivmesi konumunda olan ve ilerlemeye en yakin olmasi beklenen iliski universite-sanayi isbirlikleridir. Gelismis ulkelerde isletmeler katma degeri yuksek olan urunler ortaya koyarken ve karsilastiklari problemlere cozum yolu ararken universite ile yuksek duzeyde isbirligi yaparken, ulkemizde ise bu isbirligi beklenin altindadir. Bu calismada; Bilecik Bilim, Sanayi ve Teknoloji Mudurlugu’nun 2014 yilinda yapmis oldugu Bilecik Sanayisinin Envanter Calismasi Anketinden elde edilen veriler istatistik analizine tabi tutulmus ve isletmelerin universite-sanayi isbirligi cercevesinde universiteden beklentileri ortaya konulmaya calisilmistir.English Abstract: One of the factors that effects economic development is cooperation between institutions. The enterprises can bring innovation and contribute to economic development by sharing ideas, information and products with each other. University-industry collaboration is particularly important for economic development. In developed countries where enterprise put forward high added value products, look for the solutions to encountered problems and have high-level collaboration with universities, but in our country this collaboration is under expectations. In this study, expectations of the enterprises from the university within the framework of the university-industry collaboration were explored. The data was obtained from Bilecik Industry Inventory’s Survey, conducted by Bilecik Science, Industry and Technology Department in 2014.
