A New Approach to the Determination of Local Physicochemical Properties of Biomacromolecules Solvate Surrounding Using Magnetic Relaxation Method

A new approach based on the measurements of the water protons relaxation time T1 in spin-labelled protein preparations is suggested for the bound water local viscosity investigations. The correlation between the protein conformational state changes induced by different actions and the physicochemical properties of local bound water has been established.
