What do the patients think about doctors health service in Clinical Hospital Center Zemun in 2004 year

To examine the relationship between patient satisfaction and doctor performance, the author observed opinion of the 100 patients in Clinical Hospital Center Zemun-Belgrade during 2004. yr. Cross - section study was performed. Anonymous questionnaire was used as the instrument of study as World Health Organizations recommended. Result were analyzed by representative statistical test (Hi 2 test, Multiple Linear Regression ). Patient satisfaction is positively correlated with doctor effort: skilful (93,0%), kindness (91,7%), humanity (85,5%), good relationship with colleges (91,7%) and accuracy (81,8%).
