ROLE OF LACASSE ISOZYMES IN TEXTILE DYE DECOLORIZATION DIVERSITY OF LACCASE GENES FROM
2013
The aim of this work was weberianum (B-18) involved in decolorization process as well as the diversity of genes encoding for these enzymes. Native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of extracel crude enzymes confirmed that the laccase isozymes of this in decolorization process. Extracellular laccase isozymes are selectively produced by this strain according to the presence of specific dyes and culture age. PCR amplification, sequencing as well as phylogenetic detecting the presence of five different laccase genes with novel partial sequences.
