A large spark chamber for polarization measurements

Abstract A 60 × 80 × 60 cm 3 spark chamber with thin foils and graphite plates, used for polarization measurements, is described. Design considerations and details of the different parts of the apparatus are presented. Special emphasis is put on chamber optics and performances.
