The invention relates to a method of roasting a profiled shell for fine casting of a titanium-based alloy investment pattern based on rapid prototyping, which belongs to the method of roasting the profiled shell for casting of the investment pattern and solves the problem that the profiled shell can be easily burst in the existing profiled shell roasting process based on rapid prototyping, thereby causing fire running-out. The method comprises the following steps: 1, placing a profiled shell in a roasting furnace for treatment; and 2, placing the profiled shell upside down after processing the profiled shell according to Step 1, touching the peripheral edge of a pouring cup by hand, and extending a compressed air tube into the bottom end of the profiled shell to remove ash generated in roasting, thereby realizing the roasting of the profiled shell for fine casting of the titanium-based alloy investment pattern based on the rapid prototyping. The roasting method of the invention solvesthe problem of busting of the profiled shell, thereby avoiding the fire running-out during the casting process.
