Current communities feel a fear connected with so called: behavioral addictions. It concerns so “old” ones (gambling, compulsive sex, workaholism, compulsive shoping etc.) as new ones (time consuming use of new media). Therapists near univocally interpretate that phenomenons as medical pathology (addictive, mainly)  needed professional therapy. From other hand there is many minority voices awaring against consequences of unconfirmed overmedicalization of normal, although often embarrassing and causing problems phenomenons, that haven’t medical nature.
