Analýza výrobního procesu v Ruční papírně Velké Losiny a.s.

The topic of my dissertation work is analysis of manufacture process in Handmade paper Mill Velke Losiny Jsc. Main object of this thesis is to gather information and details from production place, to analyze this information and details and on principal of used analysis suggest useful measures for optimized running of the company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is written as literature search with focus on analysis of production process and options of its improvement with the help of industrial Engineering?s methods. The practical part of this thesis introduces the company of Handmade paper Mill Velke Losiny Jsc. and production of handmade paper in the introduction. Production process of the company is analysed and evaluation of the analysis results and suggestions of optimization are presented in the end.
