农村母亲婴幼儿喂养知识－态度－行为调查分析

Objective To survey the knowledge, attitude and behavior on infant feeding of mothers in rural area. Methods Mothers with children ages 6-36 months in Meipu town of Linyi, Shangdong province, were investigated on their knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of infant feeding. Results The passing rate of KAP was 48.2%. Most mothers lacked the knowledge about the source of important nutrients; but, in general, their attitude towards feeding was good. A positive correlation among the knowledge, attitude and practice was present (r=0.192-0.333, P＜0.01). The mothers of young age, pooreducation, and more children got lower scores of KAP (t=2.72-8.29, P＜0.01). Conclusion The mothers who live in countryside are lack of awareness of reasonable feeding, which indicates that the knowledge on this should be promoted and popularized.
